I have planned to start my store beginning of 2007 but the location I have always waited for will be available this October. I have not yet fond a supplier at a competitive price and I don't want to mis this location.

I'd try http://www.alibaba.com; a great starting point to source suppliers from around the world (if you want really low costs). Amazing what (and who) is up on this website. I just typed in "perfume"… looks like a huge list!
If you're looking for specific well-known brands, you might want to find out who the local distributor is (might be tough though to compete against the bigger chain stores who get volume discounts on name brand items).
