What is a good free web hosting program to use?

I am making a website for valentines for my girlfriend. I know kinda gay but meh. Anyhow what would be a good web hosting place to host this? Going to be probably using dreamweaver or frontpage to upload so if it could be compatible with this that would be needed. I think its called FTP/PHP.

Ideally you will want free web hosting, as its only for the 1 use. There are problems with these advertising, down-time, and rubbish services/customer support. However the 1 that is reviewed on that site has no advertising, has all the features you can want, good customer serivce, and has built in ftp software allowing you to create you frontpage/dreamweaver site and then just upload the site using that program. The cpanel is very easy to get used aswell, which is great for beginners.

If you are having problem choosing a web hosting to use, I suggest you do the following:
1. Go to the webhost review sites such as webhostingjury, hostingsthatsuck.com or webhostinggeeks and list down about 3 common top hosting companies.
2. Next, for each web hosting X, do a “X sucks” search on Google. Read some complaints and see if you may encounter the same problems like them. Some of the complaints may relate to certain groups of users only such as VPS, dedicated server users or resellers. So you may not be affected if you are not from these categories.
3. Eliminate those hostings you feel uncomfortable with, and look for the best bargain hosting for your money.
