I dont know much about "My Autoresponder" but between autoresponder plus and sendstudio I am a sendstudio fan. The new NX version is great. The service is fast. Good customization options like the private label solution which lets you add your own logo text and color scheme so that it looks like your own email marketing solution which is cool. I dont have the biggest list but I am pretty sure they can handle huge lists. Both have all the usual features like bounce handling, stats tracking, CAN SPAM and all the rest.
